Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

We ship worldwide from our supplier. Estimated delivery times:

Europe: 8–18 business days
Germany: 7–14 business days
Rest of World: 14–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at jakobmadi18@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
